Ian is now over 1 month old. You'll please forgive my tardiness in posting his one month update- its rather hard to type while holding the constantly fussy boy.
Ian Kenneth now weighs 8.5lbs, so he has gained an entire pound since birth. He is nursing well- too well sometimes. He still likes to eat every 2 hours.
We've found that he has sensitive skin and a very sensitive tummy. We still haven't worked ou thte tummy issues, but everyday is a little bit better.
He likes to sleep, but only while being held by someone, preferably Mommy. This picture is photographic proof that he slept for a whole 15 minutes in his bassinet. Last night he slept two whole HOURS in his swing seat.
He's much more alert now and his jaundice is all gone. We're still debating what color his eyes will end up being. Some days they are as blue as Ethan's and some days they look cloudy with a touch of hazel. Only time will tell.
Have to go now, he just realized he isn't being held.
