The Picture Says It All

Given how things were going with Mark’s company, we decided at the beginning of October to put our house on the market and be prepared for any contingencies. Mark has not been laid-off, but many of his friends and co-workers were laid off today.

Preparing the house and worrying about the job have been a huge amount of stress on Mark. While we do not know what the future holds employment wise, we are better prepared, now, should we need to move.

The house went on the market October 30th. We signed a sales contract, contingent upon appraisal and inspection, on November 8th.
