It’s been snowing steadily since I got up at 9am (mmm blessed sleep- THANKS MARK!) in big, fat, wet, snowflakes. We have a little over an inch on the ground already.

UPDATE at 12:15pm: We now have a little over 3 inches on the ground and it's still snowing hard. The weather service has, helpfully, changed the forecast to "Mixed wintry precipitation. 1-3 inches of snow expected"

At least this time, it was wet slushy snow, and fairly easy to clean off the sidewalks and cars. And good sledding and snowball snow. :)
