We're blessed to live in a county with numerous, well maintained, parks. Our favorite by far is Burke Lake Park. Acres of meadows, wooded areas, and a small lake are surrounded by playgrounds, an ice cream parlor, a minature golf course and, most importantly, a train ride.
Today, Saturday, was the dedication day for the new train which runs through the park. This is, of course, Ethan's favorite part of visiting "the special playground". We got to ride the train for free and received a special pin on the end of our ride. Ethan wants to go again- right now!

We went to a similar park in Virginia, near the DC area. Very cool at Halloween!
