Happy Random-Beheaded-Roman-Dude Day!
Yeah, Mark finds it amusing when I refer to Valentine's Day this way. What can I say, I'm a cynical historian? That does not mean, though, that I miss out on the chance to eat dark chocolate covered strawberries (from Godiva no less) and make sweets for my boys.

I think of Steel Magnolias every time I hear "red velvet cake" they made it into the shape of an armadillo, didn't they!?! ;)
