Both boys are playing soccer ( football for our British friends and relatives) this Fall. Ethan had his first game on Saturday morning.
This would be one of the only times he was staying in position!

In their defense, Mommy's and Daddy's were distracted as well. It's not often a C-47 flys over.

Waiting on the sidelines, hoping to get in the game. His game this week was in Lafayette at the Arapaho YMCA. They have REALLY nice fields.
Ian decided to do a bit of practicing.
Ian is in the "Little Kickers" program. They have a 25 minute practice before their 30 minute games. Their first practice and game were Saturday, in Superior.
The Rocky Mountain Regional Fly-In and Air Show was going on right over the ridgeline. That distracted the kids all morning, and led to the following photo essay:
